This is a vintage English bone china demitasse cup and saucer in the red and white Aves birds pattern by Royal Crown Derby, England made in the 1978.

The design Aves was made between 1936 and 1982, but the cup and saucer here were made in 1978.

The elegant and beautifully made demitasse teacup or after dinner cup and saucer pattern features red birds and foliage pattern on white with gold trim.

The cup measure 2.25 inches high and the saucer being 4.75 inches in diameter.

The set is beautiful and in excellent  used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or gold wear.

The pattern number is A74.
